What we collect

What you enter in the quote form (name, phone, town, service and details), the page you sent it from, and basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of submission. If you call, call-tracking systems may record the calling number, time and duration, and may record the call if that's disclosed at the start of the call.

How we use it

To pass your request to an independent local tree service so they can contact you about your job, and to measure how many requests we refer. With your consent on the form, we share your request with one or more such companies.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests for up to 24 months for billing and record-keeping. To have your data deleted, email hello@example.com.
